About the Opportunity
Foodpanda Pakistan, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an energetic and motivated Senior Executive, Telesales to join our dynamic team in Lahore. In this role, you’ll connect with restaurant owners and home chefs, helping them become part of Pakistan’s fastest-growing online food delivery platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle Inbound Leads: Manage incoming inquiries from restaurant owners and home chefs interested in partnering with Foodpanda.
- Offline Search: Research and identify potential partners using offline channels such as local directories, industry events, and referrals.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, explaining Foodpanda’s services, pricing, and benefits.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate potential partners based on company criteria to ensure quality standards are met.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct persuasive telesales presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of joining the platform.
- Negotiation: Negotiate partnership terms, addressing concerns and ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new partners in onboarding, providing all necessary resources to help them get started smoothly.
- Performance Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition goals and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: MBA, BBA, or B.Com from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, sales, or a related role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry or home chef community is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
