Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sr. Territory Sales Officer for our Sargodha region. The role involves leading the distributor organization team, executing company sales strategies, and achieving both short-term objectives and long-term growth targets.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage sales teams and distributor operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Permanent Journey Plans (PJP) for effective market coverage.
- Recruit, screen, and train Order Bookers / DSRs (Direct Sales Representatives).
- Achieve monthly sales and volume targets as per the Annual Operating Plan.
- Ensure product range availability of PCI Snacks across the assigned territory.
- Identify and maintain prime rack locations with proper product placement.
- Enforce FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory control in warehouses and markets.
- Minimize market stale stock and ensure timely product rotation.
- Forecast stock requirements and coordinate with distributors.
- Deliver on both volume and revenue goals for the assigned territory.
- Build capabilities of distributors and their sales teams through regular coaching.
- Manage and optimize promotional budgets and sales incentives.
- Ensure proper utilization of vans, DSR salaries, and allowances.
- Conduct regular market visits, on-ground training, and performance reviews.
- Develop new retail accounts and expand distribution channels.
- Maintain accurate weekly reports and KPIs for Area Sales Manager (ASM).
- Oversee PI assets (e.g., display racks) and ensure software implementation at distributor level.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent).
- Experience: Preferably 1–2 years in sales or distribution management. Fresh graduates with leadership potential are encouraged to apply.

- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
- Strong sense of urgency, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
