Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline through research, outreach, and client engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Schedule meetings for senior sales staff with potential clients
- Research target industries and maintain CRM records
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
- Maintain KPIs for lead generation and conversion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle objections and maintain client interest
- Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus

Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month
