Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline through research, outreach, and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Schedule meetings for senior sales staff with potential clients
  • Research target industries and maintain CRM records
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
  • Maintain KPIs for lead generation and conversion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle objections and maintain client interest
  • Prior experience in cold calling or outbound sales is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 – Rs50,000.00 per month
